Hydration Oil

I used the Hydration oil for the first time today, and so far, I like the way it smells and feels on my hair. I cannot use products that are too oily, and this works great. The only thing that I can point out that has nothing to do with the oil is that the directions say to use it after you wash your face. Unless I am missing something, can it be used on your face?
